"Pleasant"
The staff were incredibly welcoming. The pool was full of leaves when we first arrived but staff were quick to give it a clean and offer to turn on the spa if we wished. The room was cleaned well and the bed was comfortable.

I was not told ahead of time that oversized vehicle parking was not available. Manager wanted to charge me for five spaces and offered no other solutions. So I had to cancel my reservation and have not received a refund.

Breakfast was amazing. But the eggs and bacon could have been warmer. I showed up and there was a random person from off the street packing up a breakfast plate. Why allow this? I didn't feel comfortable due to sanitation.

super easy to find, immaculate grounds. In fact, we arrived during the lunch hour- we were immediately checked in and made comfortable; which I greatly appreciated since I just had major surgery. Our room was stunning- just gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It even smelled wonderful! All staff that we interacted with - my husband at front desk and me at room with cleaning staff- just everyone was professional with great personality!
